Our school is officially authorized to operate in the State of California, approved by both the Department of Real Estate and the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers. Alternatively, Online Instruction from national real estate industry leaders such as FirstTuesday, MBITION, and McKissock Learning is available, offering both the Department of Real Estate (alternately referred to as DRE) requisite 135 Hours of pre-licensing instruction for a California real estate license and the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (alternately referred to as BREA) requisite 152 Hours of appraisal trainee class instruction and certification, progressing henceforth to obtain licensing or state certifications as a Residential Appraiser or General Appraiser.

Noble Fields: A Legacy of Excellence in Real Estate
Noble Fields, a retired U.S. Army veteran with 20 years of service, owns Noble Fields School of Real Estate, LLC., Noble Fields School of Realty and Appraisals, and Noble Fields Realty and Investments. With over 40 years in the real estate and real property valuation services industry, now referred to as appraisals, she has offices in Daly City, Oakland, and San Francisco, California.
As a professional instructor, Ms. Fields has authored accredited real estate and appraisal courses, as well as pre-licensing materials, significantly contributing to the education and development of future real estate professionals.
In 1993, Noble was recognized for her outstanding contributions to the fight against leukemia and was honored by Hastings as its Woman of the Year. She holds real estate properties throughout California and Hawaii and is a proud graduate of Lincoln University School of Law in San Jose, California.
Noble is a motivational speaker who inspires students at various high schools and colleges. She is also an annual speaker at the San Francisco Mint’s February Black History Month event, where she shares her knowledge and experiences with the community. As a past president of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers Inc., a predominantly minority group of professional real estate brokers, Noble has played a pivotal role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
In 1996, Noble Fields served as President of the California Real Estate Education Association. At the general meeting on February 27th, she was elected Vice-President/Recording Secretary-North of the California Real Estate Educators. Noble collaborates with numerous higher learning institutions for curriculum upgrades and information development, ensuring that the education provided is current and relevant.
Additionally, Noble dedicates her time to the San Francisco School Volunteers, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community and supporting the education of future generations.
Currently, our esteemed founder, Miss Noble Fields, shows no interest in retiring anytime soon and continues to be a major driving force in the real estate education industry.
